I never received a card or catalogue and they still take money every mth for a service a have not even got..they were in my bank account by the time my application ended yet I never had anything from them I now have HSBC fraud team looking into it E CREDIT IS JUST A SCAM .THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN I HAVE SENT COPYS OF BANK.STATMENTS TO TRADING STANDARDS the company is just theft you receive nothing and they just keep stealing your money they never reply to emails or phone calls you just get an American voice mail saying sorry lines are busy

Taking money from my card .3 mths now .they wony answer your calls just an amercain voice mail.and never reply to your emails ave had over £80 takin from our account yer we bought nothing and never recieved a card or anything and they never reply to any messages totaly ripped off it should be stopped it just fraud

Absolutely disgusted. Staff was so rude. Would avoid this company like the plaque. Went from bad to worse. All just a ***. Think there staff should be supplied with balaclavas and shotgun. They are robbing the poor to get rich. Only way i could describe it. Still waiting to get my money transferred back into my account. Dont look like that will ever happen. Should not be allowed to get away with this

I've just received contract fir credit limit of 2500.00 there is no online shop to use this! I have not used any if the credit limit given to me and immediately emailed for cancellation of contract, had no reply yet, anybody suggest what I should do before they start taking money out my account

Unfortunately, £29.95 has also been taken out of my account without my consent. This so called company needs to be shut down immediately. It is a sham, and something needs to be done. I only hope that they are unable to take any more money, as they charge a monthly fee of £14.95. Such a disgrace.

I agree this company is a complete farce..should be reported for fraud apparently after reading some reviews regarding this so called company one reader di report this as fraud and had her full £79.00 refunded.this scamming company prays on poor people on low incomes...they are listed as a small company but they must be getting really rich with our money. They took £79 from my account I have filled in a resolution form with my bank but I do not hold up much hope of any refund.....I think Dom Littlewood should be on the phone to these sharks!!!!

Asked for a refund they advised me 3- 5 working days it has now been 10 days still no refund and they will not respond to my complaint. Have emailed the director and addressed the emails to them directly and still no response. This is a complete farce. No customer service skills and their catalogue is shocking. They give you a card and take money from your account even if you did not sign the agreement. Tried to cancel over the phone they told me to view the catalogue. Unless you require some nails or a place matt don't bother. They lie to you stating they tried to refund me and they had technical problems and now they are refusing to respond to my complaint.. Absolutely a joke stay away from this company

I also have an account with this disgusted E-credit plus company and I am not at all happy with the level of service which is being provided to each and every individual of the public and or customers, I just don't understand what they think that makes them so special, they charge there customers for shipping costs and yet they think just because they have given a £2,500 credit line limit so that gives them the write to be disrespectful to there customers, I mean there are bigger better companies like VERY CATALOGUE so who the bladder he'll do u think u r stuped company.
